Return an Item

To return an item, follow these simple instructions:

1. Log into My Account.
2. Click the Returns link to the right of the order containing the item you would like to return.
3. Return your purchase with the return form by mail within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns postmarked after Christmas.

Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, follow these simple instructions:

1. Log into My Account.
2. View the order you would like to cancel.
3. Click the link "Click Here To Cancel This Order". This link will be under the order number.

Please note: once an order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel the order. Follow the instructions here for returning an order.

Has My Order Shipped?

To see if your order has been shipped, follow these simple instructions:

1. Log into My Account.
2. View the order you would like to cancel.
3. Your order status will be listed under the order number.
