The tree is lovely. Delivery was much quicker and much less costly than I had thought it would be. This was 100% better than going to Walmart. I wish you had a larger selection of wreaths.

Very nice for the price, easy to handle and put together. Would of liked to have it a little fuller at the bottom. Looks very real from a distance, and not bad close up too. If the lights go bad they will be easy to replace with a new string.

I purchased this in the after Christmas sale for use in the 2017 Christmas season. Its set-up, although much easier than my 15-year old hooked branch tree, needs more work in spreading the branches than my original thinking. I recommend that YouTube Christmas Tree set-up videos be reviewed in seeking the best approach to get a "full looking" tree. The weight of the tree is about 60-70 pounds. I am trying two tree bags as an approach to have a reasonable way to store the tree in my attic.

Shipping was fast, took three days as stated. Would definitely order from this company again.

I decided I wanted a bigger tree than the 1st one ordered. Shipping arrangements were easy, including the return. UPS pick up right from the house which was great. New tree is heavy though. But once up and lit the tree is beautiful. Very solid construction. Seems like it will last a long time.

We were very disappointed in the tree. It is not nearly as full as it looks in the picture.

I love my tree, it was so pretty with just the lights. Beautiful now with the ornaments. Very easy to put together. I does take a long time to feather out all the branches but well worth it. I love that the metal rods that go back to the trunk are covered with needles and lights and not just a green rod. Also the ends some look like real pine needles and other look artificial but there are so many you can't tell.

This is truly a BEAUTIFUL tree, we got compliments from everyone that saw it this year. Perfect in our living room, which is a cathedral ceiling. Relatively easy to assemble and fluff out the branches. The only complaint I have is that when I put it up for the first time, there were eight branches where the lights were not working, and it was brand new. Overall, it was not a huge amount, but there was no way to turn the tree so that it wasn't visible. I contacted the company immediately, and their staff was very courteous; both during on-line chat and over the phone. I explained the situation and asked for it to be replaced, but because December is their busy season, they don't offer any exchanges or pickup to repair until January. What they did was send me five strings of 100 lights at no charge to me so that I could light the sections of my new tree that were not coming on. They explained that I should contact them as soon as the tree was taken down in January, and they would schedule UPS to pick it up at their expense. I did so, and both boxes were picked up by UPS two days later at my home. The company advised me that the tree sections will be repaired and shipped back to me in the next 4-5 months. Seems like a long time, but since I don't need the tree until next December, that was acceptable to me. The customer service was excellent, it was just disappointing to receive a brand new item that was not working, especially considering the cost of the tree.

I have yet put this tree up, however, I have opened the boxes. This is one great looking tree built beyond my expection. In a time when things are built cheaply this product, isn't. the center of the tree is made of very heavy pipe. Can't wait to see the tree up and LIT. I still don't know how you managed to get it to me so quickly. Thanks for everything, We will be doing more business. Dave Carr
