The purple lights are as advertised; however, they are so bright they look less purple and more white. since they will be paired with white lights on our large evergreen, they will provide a color contrast. Not the desired effect, but still usable.

GO RAVENS ! REAL BRIGHT PURPLE LIGHTS !
I made a recent mistake by buying non-LEDs Lights as they had indicated it was supposed to be Purple.Although the bulb was when plugged in it was actually pink. I called this company back and they not only re-imbursed me but showed me in their website where the purple ones were. I really preferred the M-5 longer bulbs but they were OUT OF STOCK and I wasn't familiar with any of the 5mm brightness but I took a gamble. To my demise I was extremely happy with the results of the brightness and color Purple of course as I am a Baltimore Ravens Fan ! Too bad we didn't go all the way to the Super Bowl but theres always next year! I was very pleased with Christmas Lights Etc website and best of all with their high attention to Customer Service. One last thing I'd like to mention...you have a wonderful website.Keep up the great work !

While on full brightness I find that the purple is drowned out a bit too much. A dimmer makes the color very much better as well as making the color warmer. These purple lights, dimmed a bit, are the best I've seen in a long time. Most purple lights are more pink than purple.

Wide Angle Purple Prelamped Light Set
Using these plus alternating orange and purple C9s, also from here, for Halloween. Sturdy build, true color values, and all so bright you can tell they're lit, even in midday full sun. I put these up two days ago and have already received multiple compliments from neighbors and passers-by. Orange and purple combine for a surprisingly beautiful soft hue, not unlike photographers' cherished early morning/late evening "magic hours".

Great Quality and Fast Delivery - Purple Mini Lights
Received my lights two days before the delivery date. Great deep purple color like shown on the website. The lights actually seem to twinkle in my trees. Beautiful LED lights! So much light for such a tiny bulb. Best LED lights I have purchased.
