C7 Multicolor Smooth OptiCore TM Commercial LED Christmas String Lights
I got these a couple of years ago and am so happy with them. I wanted the larger lights on my tree, like we used to have when I was a kid. I had not seen any LED strings that looked like the incandescents of yesteryear; with most of the larger LEDs I looked at, you can see inside the bulb when the string is turned on. These lights are bright and colorful but you can't see inside the bulb when it's lit, if you know what I mean. You just see the bright warm colors. The blue is my favorite. These are the closest I've found for LEDs to the old incandescent lights we used to have, and I want to get a second set this year.

I definitely had to come and leave a review. I am a die hard, picky C9/C7 user. Our house is a 1962 Mid-Century Modern, and I like to make sure our Christmas decor is classic and fits the true style of the house. I've never used any other style of lights. I've been a little sad to see so many of the classic lights being replaced with the LED ones, as I think they lack warmth and brightness, and for my house, the true vintage look is really important to me. We usually decorate our indoor Christmas tree with C7s, and every year I am paranoid that the heat of the incandescent C7 lights was going to catch our tree on fire. I finally decided to order a few strands of C7s from here to see how they compare to our old ones. I think I'm finally able to let go of our old incandescent C7s and stick with these LED C7s. This brand is as close to the original as I've ever seen. I'm a photographer and an artist that is very detail oriented in regards to color and Kelvin scale, so I'll get into specifics in case it helps someone else who may be on the fence. -Brightness: Overall the brightness is good, and perhaps a little bit more bright than my original C7s. -Temperature: The LEDs have absolutely no heat that I can feel, even when plugged in for over an hour. The old incandescents were almost too hot to touch after just a few minutes on. - Color: The white is a really nice warm white, no hint of cool blue tones that I can see, but closer to a true white, rather than the overly yellow white like my old incandescents. It's a good upgrade, in my opinion. The blue is the most noticeable difference, in that the LED C7 blue is a considerably brighter than my incandescent C7s. I was completely prepared to return these C7s and keep searching if they weren't an acceptable upgrade, but I am so happy with these that I'll definitely be keeping them to decorate our tree for many years to come. I'll definitely be ordering a few strands of C9s for the exterior of our house next year. It's time to save some money on our electricity!

These LED Christmas lights are unlike any other LEDs that I've seen. They are very nostalgic looking and have that bright warm glow like the C7 incandescent bulbs I grew up with as a kid. Plus, they only use .84 Watts each, as compared to the 5 Watts the incandescent bulbs use. Love them and definitely recommend buying.

These are the closest LED lights I have found to our original big multicolor lights. And we feel safer--they don't get hot and we can keep them on all the time! They are vibrant and light up the room. Have already recommended them to family.

C7 Multicolor Smooth LED Lights
The LED lights were a great purchase. Used the 50 foot/ 50 lights string of lights to decorate a palm tree in my front yard. My wife calls it the Happy Tree, because she loves the lights!
