Take your Wintergreen Lighting Warm White LED SoftTwinkle lights starting with the female plug end and wrap the lights around your hand until you reach the middle point of the string. Once you've reached this point, set it aside and start wrapping the other side, leaving the male plug out. Then take the wrapped lights and place them inside the bottle, ensuring they are snug with a bit of breathing room for the string to come out.
Step 3: Adding the Polyfil
Spread out your polyfil on the table to create a flat layer. This will serve as the base for your cloud. Use your hot glue gun to apply glue to the bottom side of the bottle. Put a few lines of glue and then flip the bottle onto the polyfil, pressing firmly to ensure it is secure.
Once the bottom is secure, start gluing the rest of the bottle and wrapping it with polyfil. You can customize the amount of polyfil to make your cloud more or less fluffy, depending on how much light you want to shine through. Continue wrapping until the entire bottle is covered to your liking.
